Villa Apollinare is an exclusive vacation villa in Umbria with private pool and spa, in Papiano (Perugia).
The property consists of three units: the main villa (with 4 bedrooms) and 2 guest houses (one with 1 bedroom, the other with 2 bedrooms). Each bedroom has a private bathroom, to offer the utmost privacy. The indoor spaces are perfect for accommodating a large family or group of friends.
This elegant villa offers guests a private pool, a large garden equipped for dining outside, and a spa with whirlpool, sauna, steam room, and sensory shower.
It is ideal for a luxurious, relaxing vacation surrounded by quiet and nature. At the same time, it is within easy reach of the Umbria region’s most famous cities and characteristic hamlets.
At the disposal of Villa Apollinare guests: fully enclosed, private garden (10,000 square meters); private pool (14 x 7 meters; minimum depth: 1 meter; maximum depth: 1,5 meters) with salt purification system; spa with heated whirlpool tub, Finnish sauna, steam room and sensory shower; outdoor spaces equipped for al fresco dining; ping-pong table and billiard table; indoor elevator in the main villa connecting the ground and first floors; laundry room with washing machine and dryer; air conditioning in all indoor spaces; free Wi-Fi Internet connection inside and outside; private parking; 2 extra double sofa beds available upon request for an additional fee; use of clay tennis court 2 km away at additional special rates upon request.

Ground floor: large living area made up of spacious lounge with billiard table, dining area, sitting area with fireplace, bar corner; WC; spa with heated whirlpool tub, Finnish sauna, steam room, sensory shower and WC; large professional kitchen. Access to the first floor is via indoor elevator, or from the outside.
First floor: living area with kitchen corner and double sofa bed; bathroom with shower; double bedroom with fireplace; double bedroom with private bathroom with shower. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer, WC.
Second floor: 2 independent suites each with double bedroom with private bathroom with shower, and living area with kitchen corner.
Guest house 1 (2/4 people)
Ground floor: living area with double sofa bed and kitchen corner; suite with double bed and whirlpool tub in the bedroom, bathroom with shower equipped with steam bath and chromotherapy.
