Tastefully restored old house in Seigneulles, between Verdun and Bar-le-Duc, warm atmosphere for this spacious and comfortable character gîte for quiet and pleasant vacations, in a charming village of 200 inhabitants near the Voie Sacrée. Well-equipped 127m² semi-detached house.

To access the gîte, first cross the barn into which it has been integrated. Ground floor: entrance hall, separate toilet, large bathroom with walk-in shower.
Downstairs (with 4 steps) large kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave) with access to terrace and garden, living room with Lorraine fireplace and bedroom (2 beds 90x200).
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (2 beds 90x200 + 1 cot), and 1 shower room, 1 separate WC.
A barn entrance (utility room, bike and 1-car garage...)
