ABOUT THE AGENCY : Very friendly reception It seems that nobody checks the state of the apartment before the arrival of the tenants. the heating was at 14 degrees so it was cold. The apartment is nice and comfortable but it needs some improvements. ENTRANCE: there was a large cardboard box and electric wires on the floor. 2 holes in the wall after the radiator was changed. KITCHEN: - the TV is from another century. problem to get the channels. distorted image at times. - it misses a multiple plug to connect coffee machine, toaster and microwave. - no extractor hood - no room to cook. the sink, the electric plate and the oven occupy all the space. DOUBLE BED ROOM: - the bedspread is fringed at the bottom of the bed. - a lampshade is broken ROOM 3 BEDS : A lampshade is broken BATHROOM : redone but no coat rack on wall. no shelf to put products on. WC : no toilet paper roll. In all the hirings there is always one even started. that can be useful when one arrives.
