Come and enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside in this pretty farmhouse located in Trégunc, between Concarneau and Pont-Aven, only 6 km from the sea!
The house can accommodate 4 people and consists of a living room with exposed beams and fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with bathtub. Thanks to the large garden of 1 hectare, you will be in a green setting. Wifi. Sheets and towels included.
The house :
The independent house of 80 m² entirely located on the ground floor is adjoined with that of the owners.
You will enjoy sunshine all day from the living room and the two bedrooms, facing south.
Living space :
- Large living room full of charm with its exposed beams and fireplace. View on the garden from the bay windows. A lounge area is furnished with sofas, a coffee table, television, all around the stone fireplace. The family dining table allows you to enjoy convivial meals.
- The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, a 5-burner gas cooker, a gas oven, a toaster, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee machine, a dishwasher... A dining table will allow you to enjoy a second dining area.
