Unbearably filthy and smelly accommodation. The baseboards were so dirty that they were almost invisible. Even the bed base was black with grime. The bathroom was indescribably rotten. You'll never see us again, and I might as well tell you that I'm going to advertise for you. I can't sell this place for 800 euros a week.

Hello, Negative points: as soon as you enter the gate, you get the feeling that the property has been abandoned; the tarmac access paths are devastated. Despite double-glazing, heavy condensation inside. Dirty doors and walls. Feels like entering a hospital room, all white; nothing warm, a pity. Lack of shelves in closets for storing clothes. Strengths: clean common areas; comfortable beds; good kitchen facilities; convenient laundry room. Reception always clean, receptionists smiling and friendly.

To be avoided. Everything was dirty, cupboard door handles sticky,... filthy crockery, the cleaning hadn't been done, and neither had the inventory as a list was missing which I passed on to reception. Apartment in need of refurbishment The occupants are not just summer guests. Accommodation for migrants I absolutely do not recommend it, a disaster despite the good will of the reception.
