LA TRANCHE SUR MER, Maupas district.
Two new houses, each with its own entrance and parking space. Ideally located between the beach and shops. On the ground floor is the main room with a fitted kitchen opening onto the living room and a shower room with washbasin, shower and toilet. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms with fitted closets, the first with 1 140cm bed and the second with 2 80cm beds, wc with washbasin. Outside, a terrace with bioclimatic pergola and garden furniture.
Facilities : Television, fridge, microwave, small washing machine, vitro hob, vacuum cleaner, plancha .wifi. 1 individual cellar.
Location : 600 m from the beach and 900 m from shops in the town center.
End-of-stay cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant.
Optional end-of-stay cleaning (on reservation): fixed price of 60€. Linen is not provided.
Additional electricity consumption required in low season (01/01 to 30/06 and 01/09 to 31/12).
Civil liability insurance certificate with holiday clause required. Vacation vouchers accepted. Electricity consumption extra out of season.

My children loved this rental and want to come back (wifi in particular...), but the small kitchen with limited equipment complicates a little the parental task (shortcomings reported in the questionnaire at the end of the stay). The children's beds (especially the drawer bed) are quite small, so it is better if the children are not tall.
