Country charm in this 2-bedroom gîte with wood-burning stove and garden
In a peaceful setting with relaxing views over fields and a tranquil river, you'll meet a beautiful herd of cows, a few chickens, Biscotte (the pony), Boucle d'or (the sheep) and Gourmande (the biquette). Denis has renovated it with great care to preserve all the authenticity of this heritage (stone, brick and wood) and Nadine has added her own touch of decoration.
This gîte sleeps 4 to 6 people. Activities on foot: hiking, mountain biking, fishing: the river Jouanne just behind the gîte and a private lake 5 km away with plenty of fish (access by car).
Nearby villages to visit: Sainte Suzanne, Jublains, Saulges, Echologia site, Laval, St Malo 1h30 away, Mont St Michel, La Flèche zoo.
Professional stays: 3 adults maximum - Housekeeping compulsory
Telecommuting stay - Each room has a small desk and armchair. The gîte has RJ45 sockets. A cordless telephone is also available. Internet box is Sosh from Orange, ADSL. Cell phone coverage: Orange (not Bouygues). 3G at least.
Stay 1 to 2 nights: arrival 4pm - departure 4pm
From 3 nights: arrival 4pm - departure 10am Your accommodation comprises: ground floor: 37m² living room with fitted kitchen, sitting room with wood-burning stove, shower room and separate toilet. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms: 1 bdrm with a 160cm bed; 1 bdrm with 2 90cm beds. Bed linen provided and beds made up on arrival.
Wifi available throughout.
Garage-can be used for small family gatherings-allows you to play ping-pong. To complete your activities: 1 shuffleboard set, petanque set, 5 bicycles. Numerous board games and library.
Baby equipment: high chair complete with cot and bathtub. Please call ahead to prepare. Outdoor games for the little ones (slide, ...)
