Opposite the church, the former presbytery has been converted into 2 independent, semi-detached gîtes. The commune is located in a tourist area, 8km from the freeway (Vaiges), 7km from Sainte Suzanne, a small town full of character, 7km from Evron (all shops). Small lake below the gîte. Unenclosed grounds.
Public lake fishing (trout, whitefish, carnivorous fish) from March to September; card required, 5€ per day, or weekly card 20€, 2€ for children under 12. Your accommodation includes : Ground floor: living room 24m² - fitted kitchen 10m² - bathroom with shower and washbasin - separate toilet - bedroom with double bed (140cm). Upstairs: 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed (140cm); one with 2 single beds (90cm) - bathroom with washbasin and toilet (no shower in this bathroom).
Wifi, TV and telephone. Pets welcome.
Baby equipment on request: cot - baby high chair - child high chair.
Heating provision of 15€/night from November 1st to March 30th AND according to heating needs during the stay, electricity on meter reading (to be paid to the owner).
Deposit of 300€ required. PAYMENT by CHEQUE to the order of the TRÉSOR PUBLIC (the owner is a local authority).
Included : kitchen linen - Electricity 8kWh/day, beyond this to be paid to the owner.
