Les Préaux is a vast, totally renovated house, ideal for a stay with family or friends. Its 4 suites (bedroom with en-suite shower room and toilet) offer exceptional comfort. The 60m² living room and open-plan kitchen contribute to the warm atmosphere of the gîte.
Only a few decorative elements are reminiscent of the old school....but the swimming pool, billiard room and large outdoor spaces put everyone at ease!
The indoor pool is heated all year round. Dimensions: 3m x 6m, with a depth of 1.2m to 1.6m. Access to the pool is via a secure airlock with shower.
Ground floor: kitchen/living room 60m² - 1 bedroom 20m², 1 bed 140, shower room and wc - Laundry room 19m² - Covered pool area 50m². Ground floor and surrounding area fully accessible to people with reduced mobility.
1st floor: relaxation area with billiard table 25m² - 1 bedroom 32m² with 4 beds 90*200 - 1 bedroom 27m² with 1 bed 140 and 1 bed 90 - 1 bedroom 24m² with 1 bed 140, 1 cot and changing table. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with walk-in shower or shower tray and toilet.
Tumble-dryer. Baby equipment available in the gîte (2 beds, high chair, changing mat).
North-facing terrace overlooking the countryside, and south-facing terrace overlooking the village. Private parking and courtyard. 1,000 m² grounds, garden furniture, charcoal barbecue and children's playground.
For your leisure: 10 min away, the Colmont leisure center (high ropes course, swin golf, water sports, cycling...). Near Carelle, the Renaudiés botanical garden, with ecomuseum, corn maze, numerous azaleas and hydrangeas, open from April to November 1.
Shops: grocery store, bread shop and restaurant in Carelle.
Carelle is located in the Mayenne bocage, with rolling countryside alternating between crops and woods. You're at the gateway to Brittany, 30 minutes from Fougères. Wifi, TV and telephone available.

Pets not allowed.
Charges based on meter reading. Heated swimming pool (heat pump), approx. €10 to €25/day depending on season.
Bed linen provided.
Cleaning optional at 120€ and towels at 6€.
No entry on Sundays.
Weekend stay: entry on Friday end of day, departure on Sunday 4pm (check with the owner according to your needs).
For stays of 3 nights or more: arrival 6 or 7 pm and departure around 10 am. Reconfirm with the owner.
The gîte is close to the owners' house. Ground floor and surrounding area fully accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Please note: the pool is accessible within its perimeter, but does not have a launching aid. Open all year round
This gîte was labeled Tourisme et handicap until 2018 (change in standards).
