Sylvie and Gilbert welcome you to their 7-person fishing gîte located at the foot of hiking and horse-riding trails in Haute Mayenne.
The private fishing pond -4,500m²- is 50 meters from the gîte. It is ideal for leisure fishing for carp, roach and perch. The pond is between 0.50 and 2.5 meters deep. You'll find carp up to 7kg, pike from 30 to 70 cm, and roach up to 20 cm. No-kill fishing. If you don't fish, you'll enjoy the park's shady oak and albisia trees, unless you prefer full sun.
For your leisure, there's a boules pitch, table tennis and table soccer.
Wifi available throughout the accommodation.
The house's south-facing terrace offers a magical view of the park and fishing pond. An awning protects you from strong sunlight.
If you fancy a swim, the Sillé-le-Guillaume leisure center (7km) offers free access to the lake.
The gîte is ideally situated for visiting the "Petites cités de caractères" or the beautiful villages of France, including Sainte-Suzanne and Saint-Léonard-des-Bois.
The Gallo-Roman town of Jublains and its museum will give you an entertaining insight into Mayenne's Roman past.
All shops and services 7km away. Wood-fired bakery in St Pierre sur Orthe. Ground floor: fitted kitchen opening onto living room with fireplace (39m²), bedroom with double bed (140x190), walk-in shower and separate toilet. 1st floor: 1 bedroom with 1 140*190 bed, a bedroom with 2 beds (140*190 and 120*190), and a toilet.
