You'll be amazed by this gîte, set in a farmhouse overlooking the hill. You're in the heart of the rolling Mayenne countryside...just 10 minutes from Laval.
The garden is completely open to the natural surroundings, so children can play in the wooden hut or explore the natural surroundings.
The gîte has been completely refurbished, with modern colors and a cheerful atmosphere.
Climb the stairs and you're greeted by the kitchen-dining area. The room is equipped with large skylight windows to enjoy a magnificent view and exceptional luminosity. The two bedrooms are spacious, each offering 1 double bed (160cm), plus 1 single bed (90cm) in one of them. The south-facing bedroom has a small sitting area.
Business stay: Wifi access throughout. 2 very large bedrooms, ideal for 2 professional guests. This gîte is equipped with TV.

The gîte is 5km either side of Louverné, Changé and Andouillé, and 10km from Laval. This gives you easy access to all the cultural and leisure activities that Laval has to offer (Christmas Lights, its port, historic districts and museums, including the Musée d'art naïf in memory of Douanier Rousseau, a native of Laval...), as well as the hiking and fishing trails on the Ernée river below the garden.
Other gîte on site: Millésime, H53G020155, 6 people 6 beds. Access to the gîte is via a private entrance, leading to a staircase that takes you directly to the gîte. Below are storage areas, so there's no risk of being disturbed. The owners live in another part of the farmhouse, not overlooked by the gîte. Everyone is quite independent.

Fishing on the Ernée: river at the bottom of the property, access via a pontoon, fishing permit required.

Shops: 5 km on either side of the gîte, you'll find all the shops you need: in Louvernée, a supermarket; in Andouillé and Saint Jean sur Mayenne or Changé, all the local shops and restaurants.
