Le Moulin de la futaie offers a stone house with rustic charm: large 28m² living room with open fireplace, fitted kitchen area. 3 bedrooms, 1 on ground floor with en-suite bathroom. TV on mezzanine.
You'll appreciate the river and its waterfall along the Moulin and the garden. The large, west-facing terrace is perfect for evenings out, with charcoal barbecue and garden furniture.
The La Futaie river is classed as a category 1 river, for pike, trout, gudgeon, chub, etc. Federal fishing card required. To complement your river fishing, you can also access the 15,000m² private pond at 20m (no card required).
It's the ideal place to get away from the hustle and bustle of life and enjoy the sounds of birdsong, squirrels, deer, etc. A 2-hectare wood surrounds the property.
If you're not a fisherman, there are many beautiful walks to be enjoyed. Don't miss Pontmain, a pilgrimage town linked to the apparition of the Virgin Mary, and its magnificent cathedral, 5km away. Fougères castle and medieval town 14km away. And why not take a trip to Mont Saint Michel, 1 hour's drive away (55 km).
Professional stay: 3 pers. max - Cleaning and linen options compulsory. Long stay, 1 household for 1 to 14 days.
If you're travelling with a group, you can rent up to 3 gîtes for 15 people. Each gîte is independent and has its own leisure area. Not overlooked. The most secluded being Les Iris, H53G010902 , 4 pers. the only one overlooking the largest lake, 15,000m². Le Pré des îles, H53G010903, 6 people, with fishing pontoon on a smaller private lake, 600m² approx. Your accommodation comprises: ground floor: 28m² living room, 6m² fitted kitchen, 11m² bedroom with 140*190 bed, 5m² shower room and separate toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms: 1 bdrm with 1 bed 90*190; 1 bdrm with 2 beds 90*190, a mezzanine with a 2-seater sofa bed, a shower room with small shower cubicle, separate wc.
The gîte is equipped with TV, 4G coverage. No wifi.
Cleaning fee €80. Cell phone on request.
