A 2000m² lake planted with trees and stocked with fish (carp, roach and tench), with direct access to footpaths.
In winter, a warm fire will be ready for your arrival (wood provided).
Shops and services 3.6km away: Loiron-Ruillé. The gîte is located at the crossroads of Mayenne and Brittany. Don't miss Laval, with its castle and naive art museum. Vitré: its castle and timber-framed houses. Small towns with character: Chailland, Parné-sur-Roc, Sainte-Suzanne or the "La Rincerie" leisure center, ideal for water sports or relaxing outings. 8km from the Gravelle toll booth.
Claude and Annick, the owners, promise you a warm and attentive welcome, to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Detached house on 2 levels - LEVEL 0 - 58 m² living room with fireplace (wood supplied), sofa, armchair, TV and dining area - 8 m² fitted kitchen (4-burner gas hob, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, Senseo pod coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender) - 4 m² shower room with shower, washbasin and WC - 3 m² laundry room with fridge/freezer and washing machine.
LEVEL 1 - Bedroom 1: 13.5m² at 1.8m ceilings (16 m² floor space) with 1 bed 140X190 and 1 bed 90X190 - wardrobe-closet- Bedroom 2: 26 m² ceilings (18 m² floor space) with possibility of being split into 2: on one side 1 bed 140X190 and 1 cot (with mattress), on the other side 1 bed 140X190- Wardrobe.
Wifi throughout - Air-conditioning upstairs.
Baby equipment available: high chair, changing table, blender.
