Ideal for nature lovers, private outdoor spaces without vis-à-vis, large landscaped lawns, woods, pastures with horses, 18,000 m² pond (fishing possible-no kill) and footpaths in the undergrowth that go around the property.

The gîte is located at the crossroads of Mayenne and Brittany. Don't miss Laval, with its château and naive art museum. Vitré: its castle and timber-framed houses. Small towns with character: Chailland, Parné-sur-Roc, Sainte-Suzanne and the "La Rincerie" leisure center, ideal for water sports or relaxing outings.
