Gîte on a fish farm, "Bienvenue à la ferme", offering fishing ponds on 25 ha with carp and trout. Ideal site for reconciling fishing and family life.
The 2-bedroom Gîte du Moulin is housed in the old mill. Another on-site gîte sleeps 6, Le moulin du pêcheur (H53G010826).
Shared swimming pool 4m x 8m, 1.50m deep, open July and August (rules on site).
Numerous nearby activities: swimming lake at Le Pertre (10km), Robert Tatin Museum (6km) with its giant sculptures (all outdoors), Château de Craon (8km), Arboretum Pépinière (15km), Refuge de l'arche du Château-Gontier (25km) as well as the Thursday morning market; La Guerche de Bretagne market on Tuesdays (25km). 15km from Laval: Aquabulle, Lactopole, the world's largest milk museum.
Must-sees: Mont st Michel (1h15) and Saint-Malo.
Are you a sports fan? Voie verte (7 km), trail at Coupeau (12 km) or Wake-park de la Rincerie (25 km), accrobranche at l'Orbière à Forcé (20km). Semi-detached single-storey gîte - 41 m² living room with fully-equipped kitchenette (microwave, fridge, filter coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, 4-burner gas hob, oven, shared toaster-freezer), dining area, living room with sofas, TV, stereo system.

On-site: bar open Tuesday to Sunday (drinks, sandwiches, French fries, ice cream, etc.) - Store for emergency supplies, fishing bait.
Camper-van pitches available for hire (please ask when booking).
FISHING: no-kill - open from 1/3 to 30/9 - several themed lakes: strikes, carpodroms, trout in spring. For a fee: trout release - reserved area for carp anglers (€50 per week) - - Pond depth: one pond from 80cm to 2.5m and the 25ha pond from 1m to 4m.
Pets allowed.
When you move in, we will ask you for your holiday insurance certificate (to be prepared on the web on your insurance account) or, failing that, a copy of your civil liability insurance.
Pets are welcome, but please make sure they do not enter the rooms. Pets must be kept on a leash and must not be left alone in the gite.
