Welcome to this detached maison de maître set in shady, flower-filled surroundings on the edge of a small lake. The gîte has been carefully restored with authenticity in mind (terracotta floor tiles, beams, etc.), where comfort and aesthetics are one and the same. You'll be seduced by the charm and calm of the surroundings.
Your stay can be bucolic or more active, between the garden, the pond and the hiking trails in the south of Mayenne at Cossé-le-Vivien. The countryside here offers a landscape of harmonious curves.
Be sure to visit the "art environment" created by Robert Tatin, painter, sculptor, architect... where you can feel the inspiration of his travels around the world.
On-site leisure facilities include table tennis, bicycles, games...
Fishing on the 1000 m² private pond (carp, roach...), for young and old. Large public pond 500 m away, with FFP card.

Shops are 1 km away in Cossé-le-Vivien, which can be reached on foot via the footpath. Your accommodation: Ground floor: 30m² living room (fireplace) ideal for family gatherings, 20m² fitted kitchen, separate WC. 1st floor: 3 bedrooms (19 to 9m²): 2 bedrooms each with a 140cm bed; 1 bedroom with 3 90cm beds, bathroom, separate WC. 2nd floor: two bedrooms (10 to 20m²): 1 bedroom with a double bed (140cm), 1 bedroom with 4 single beds (90cm), separate WC.
Baby: high chair, cot, stair gate (all on request).
