Between the Perche and Mont-Saint-Michel, in the heart of the Normandie-Maine regional nature park and 10 minutes from the spa town of Bagnoles de l'Orne, this easily accessible, lovingly renovated gîte welcomes you to a high-quality natural environment.
The gîte is equipped with WIFI and TV. Ideal for a two-night business stopover or a family stay. The proximity and warm welcome of the owners are a plus for this spacious, fully-equipped gîte, which is housed in a farmhouse.
The terrace and its view over the countryside will allow you to enjoy the sunshine.
Professional stay: 3 adults maximum - compulsory cleaning fee €60 per stay from 1 to 14 nights, to be paid on arrival if not paid at time of booking.
1 to 2-night stays: arrival 4pm - departure 4pm*.
From 3 nights: arrival 4pm - departure 10am*.
*Adjustment possible depending on bookings before and after yours, in agreement with the owner a few days before your arrival. Your accommodation comprises: Ground floor: 29m² living/dining room, fitted kitchen, separate toilet. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms: 1bedroom with a 160cm bed; 1bedroom with 2 90cm beds, shower room, separate wc - Possibility of adding a 2-person BZ bed (€15/person/night).
Electric heating, to be paid to the owner on departure.
Terrace and garden.
Included : beds made - 20€ electricity/week.
Optional: cleaning 60€/stay from 1 to 14 nights (compulsory for professionals, to be paid on arrival). Electricity according to meter reading, over 8kwh to be paid on departure. On request, up to 2 extra people (€15/person/night).
Wifi: reception between 5 and 21 Mb/s - sending between 4 and 22Mb/s depending on the room (non-contractual information).
Pets not allowed.

In the case of a business stay: the cleaning fee must be paid on arrival if not already paid at the time of booking (60€/stay from 1 to 14 nights). If the gîte is left clean on departure, the cleaning fee will be returned to you at the end of your stay.
