If you'd like to get away with family or friends, the property is set in a magnificent wooded setting. It houses this 1st gîte: Le Martin Pêcheur and a 2nd independent gîte for 4 people: L'Atelier des Hirondelles, H53G020559 (2 bedrooms) and the owners' house on 4,000m² of land enclosed by hedges. Each house is independent, with its own private terrace and fishing cabin. Not overlooked. Access to the pond in a lush, landscaped setting.
Nearby: The towpath 6 km away (85 km along the Mayenne), castles in Mayenne, Laval, Lassay-les-Châteaux, Ste Suzanne, Fougères, Vitré, as well as the characterful villages of Fontaine-Daniel and Chailland, the Gallo-Roman site of Jublains, Museums, the remarkable gardens of Les Renaudies. The Refuge de l'Arche and the Grottes de Saulges. And Mont-Saint-Michel is 1h30 away by car.
PROFESSIONAL STAY - A special rate is available for monthly rentals. Cleaning charge €30 and compulsory bed linen €15 per bed per week. Electric heating: meter reading to be paid to owner.
