If you want to take a break in the countryside and come and go freely in a large private area with woods, ponds, meadows... If you want a comfortable gîte where the warm colors of the rooms blend with the furniture, where paintings and sculptures create a pleasant decor... come to "La Lande du Bourg". If you need a rest, the enclosed garden, surrounded by greenery, birds and calm, will allow you to take your time...
It's a house set in the middle of the Mayenne bocage, with two spacious living areas, three bedrooms and a large garden that's just as suitable for a family as it is for a gathering of friends.
For your shopping needs, Nuillé is 1.5 km away, with local shops (bakeries, grocery store, tabac presse...), unless you prefer L'Huisserie, 3 km away, which has all the shops you need.
You're in Maine, at the gateway to Anjou and Brittany. Easy access: visit Angers, Mont St Michel, Fougère and its castle, Le Mans and its racetrack.
And closer to home, Laval, with its atypical cathedral, castle and old streets, harbor with boat rentals, shops...
Château-Gontier, winner of the "Fleur d'or" award, is the cradle of towns and villages in bloom, with its historic center and remarkable gardens, its local farmers' market on Thursdays, the Refuge de l'Arche...
And on foot, from the Lande du Bourg, you can take the towpath to discover the variety of landscapes and the many châteaux overlooking the Mayenne, or join the voie verte, a former railway line, which passes through Montigné, and visit the astonishing Robert Tatin museum in Cossé le Vivien...
And why not simply take some time out to relax by the pond and tease the fish? Your accommodation comprises 3 bedrooms: 1 bdrm with 2 80cm beds; 1 bdrm with 1 140cm bed; 1 mezzanine bdrm with 1 160cm bed, a shower room with toilet and a games and reading area with TV.
Sheets and household linen are included, as well as a grocery fund. Baby equipment on request (cot, high chair, etc.). Please bring your own towels or choose the 5€ option.
Professional stay: the gîte is ideal for 3 people, each of whom can have a bedroom.
Mobile network access: 4G.
Housekeeping is optional at 75€. It is compulsory for professionals. For longer stays: cleaning every 15 days. On arrival, please deposit a €75 cleaning deposit, which will be returned if cleaning is completed. Electricity: 8 kWh/day included. Beyond that, pay the owner directly on meter reading.
Pets not accepted.

From Laval, take the road to Huisserie, on the D1, which runs alongside the Mayenne river. Drive through l'Huisserie towards Nuillé-sur-Vicoin - still on the D1. At the end of the village, after about 3 km, turn right onto the route de Courcelle. The gîte is the 1st house on your left.
From Nuillé-sur-Vicoin: leave the village in the direction of l'Huisserie, following the D1 for about 1 km. Take the route de Courcelle on your left. The gîte is the 1st house on your left.
Please note: on the GPS, do not put "la Lande" as it will take you to another Lande, on the road between Nuillé and Quelaines-St-Gault. Note "Courcelle à Nuillé-sur-Vicoin", the gîte being the 1st house on the Courcelle road coming from the D1.
