Located on the banks of the Loire, 1h30 from Paris and 30 min from Orléans, in the heart of the UNESCO Loire Valley, this 110 m2 gîte offers comfortable accommodation for a peaceful stay. Fully renovated farmhouse with wood-burning stove, exposed beams and half-timbering, facing the Loire and Passeurs de Loire (typical boat trips), with St Benoit sur Loire, Germigny and its Carolingian Oratory, Sully-sur-Loire; at the gateway to Sologne and the Loire castles. Heated communal pool open in fine weather from June to September, tennis court, barbecue. Comfort assured with underfloor heating and cooling on 2 levels. The gîte benefits from free high-speed WIFI. GROUND FLOOR: bright living room with bay window opening onto private terrace and shared enclosed garden, dining room with fully-equipped open kitchen, accessible shower room (Italian shower, washbasin, WC).
FLOOR: 1 bedroom with 1 electrically-controlled double bed (2 separable 80x200 beds) and 1 80x200 bed; 1 bedroom with 2 80x200 beds. Bathroom (whirlpool bath, shower, WC, washbasin).
