When you arrive, you're immediately transported into a light, jovial atmosphere: it's calm, it's Provencal, it's the home of vacations and reunions. With a surface area of 250 m², the mas comprises on the first floor: kitchen, 2 living rooms (1 with a fireplace), a bedroom with its own shower room, and on the first floor 4 bedrooms including 1 dormitory (2 single beds and 1 bunk bed), 2 bathrooms and 1 shower room. The property can accommodate up to 12 people. Outside, 10,000 m² of fully enclosed grounds provide a playground for the little ones and a breath of fresh air for the grown-ups. Meals can be enjoyed on the main terrace, shaded by an arbour, or by the pool (15 x 5) for days of swimming and sunbathing. Close to the town center, you'll enjoy a trip to Saint-Rémy to discover the shops, local producers and restaurants. An ideal spot!
Household cleaning and linen included - A lump sum may be deducted from the security deposit if the garbage has not been taken out by the tenant, if the house is returned in a deplorable state compared to the inventory of fixtures on arrival, and if any linen is missing.
Tourist tax not included in the price (5.76€ x number of adults + 18 years x number of nights). Deposit: €2,500 to be paid by credit card imprint or bank transfer only, prior to arrival.
