15 km from Orléans, in the heart of an old 16th-century fortified house, gîte on a farm, in a peaceful environment, ideal for resting, hiking, visiting the Loire castles, independent from the owners' home: private entrance and garden on the edge of farmland, terrace. A 2nd gîte is available in another building. First floor: living room (stereo), open-plan kitchen (freezer), wc. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1 bed 140, 1 bed 140, 2 beds 90, 1 crib), bathroom (bath and shower), separate wc. TV socket. Deposit of 500€ for companies.
Pets accepted under certain conditions: pets must not be left alone in the accommodation. A supplement of 3€/pet/night is required. Category 1 and 2 dogs not allowed.
CHARGES INCLUDED: Electricity and heating included, wood supplied. Household linen and towels included. Beds made up on arrival.
