Located at the edge of one of the most beautiful villages of France, we are open all year round for families, pilgrims of Compostelle, professionals in evening stopover, seasonal workers, curists, golfers (golf Eauze 8 kms), runners of Nogaro...
Each apartment gives access to all the services offered by the private residence with closed garden:
- Unattended swimming pool in free access from 9am to 8pm (Dim: 25 x 10 - Depth: from 0,5m to 1,5 m in soft slope). Open from April/May to the end of September/October (depending on the weather).
- Multi-sports fields with free access: beach soccer, badminton, ping-pong, beach volleyball, petanque... (equipment provided)
- Entertainment room: pinball, table soccer, shuffleboard...

The apartments are located in the wooden buildings of the Domaine de Saint Orens family residence. Between 26 and 65m2, they are perfect for 2 to 8 people:
- T2, 2/4 pers : 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 living room with kitchen, 1 terrace or garden level
- T3, 4/6 pers : 1 double room, 1 twin room, 1 bathroom, 1 living room with kitchen, 1 terrace or garden level
- T4, 6/8 pers : 2 double rooms, 1 room with 2 beds, 2 bathrooms, 1 living room with kitchen, 1 terrace

Presentation host/team
We are a very small team. We remain discreet to maintain the domain. Our reception is open from Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm (+ Saturdays in July and August and extended WE). You will find a living room to read your mails or surf on internet, a large covered terrace (with BBQ), near the swimming pool.
Surroundings
The wooden residence is perfectly integrated into the surrounding Gers countryside. It is located at the entrance of the village of Montreal du Gers, classified as one of the most beautiful villages in France. You can go there on foot or by bike (bike rental in front of the residence) and under its arcades, you will find all the local shops such as a butcher's shop, a bakery, two grocery stores full of fresh products, a bar, restaurants, a tobacconist's/bookshop... And a weekly market every Friday morning.
A car is essential to visit the most beautiful architectural jewels of the Gers (Gallo-Roman villa of Séviac, Abbey of Flaran, fortified village of Larressingle, the round bastide of Fourcés). You can also go cycling in the vineyards and on the seas of hills, go to meet producers, visit farms, go on an accrobranche, visit the castle of Henri IV and take part in local festivities.

Rental including sheets & towels for each occupant, a bath mat
The final cleaning is at our charge except for :
- Bringing your sheets/towels to the carts
- Take your garbage to the containers
- Cleaning the kitchen, washing and wiping dishes and putting them away in the cupboards
A deposit of 150 €/ apartment is to be paid on site
Tourist tax : 0.75€/adult/day (to be paid on site)
Animals are accepted (except category 1 or 2) with an extra charge of 15€/stay

Very pleasant domain, with a superb swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, ping-pong table.... Air-conditioning would be essential, as the heat during the week of August 15 made it impossible to sleep or, failing that, fans.

The accommodation was very, very dirty. The mattress covers were in a terrible state. We were supplied with new ones. The floors were sticky and filthy, the walls and doors full of disgusting splashes. I'm not even talking about the dishes... the dirt was ingrained and dated. The receptionist wasn't very responsive. We had to clean up for hours just to be able to stay there; otherwise, we'd turn back. Fortunately, we were able to discuss the matter with another member of the front desk, and were able to vent our anger and give them the benefit of the doubt... that wouldn't be their style. It would seem that we'd got off on the wrong foot and that the other apartments weren't in this state. If not, the outside facilities were fine. Pleasant barbecue terrace by the pool.
