Luxurious and modern vacation home with sea view.
This architecturally impressive vacation home is located near the sea and is situated on the southernmost tip of Istria in the small fishing village of Li?njan. Completed in 2021, the house offers a beautiful view of the sea and the islands of Cres and Lo?inj. The architecture of this villa was published by the most prestigious Croatian magazines for design and architecture. The rooms are furnished in a modern style with a lot of light and glass surfaces. The house is suitable for people with disabilities, as the entire first floor has no stairs. The pool is only 2 meters from the bed of the lower room.
The heated pool is a special attraction with overflow on three sides, while on one side there is a massive glass rock through which you can see water and swimmers as in an aquarium. It has the latest water quality treatment technology and enhanced therapeutic effect as chlorine is naturally extracted from salt through electrolysis.
You can relax in the shade on the large covered terraces. The property is fenced on all sides.
The surrounding area offers a good choice of vacation activities: Go to the city center or visit nearby Pula, the center of Istria. Explore the beautiful pebble beaches, go fishing or take the kids on a tour to the nearby playground. One of the main attractions in Pula is the ancient amphitheater, which you should definitely visit. The temple of Augustus and not to forget the many cafes and restaurants are also worth a visit.
