3 bedroom apartment for 6 people in the ultra center of Sitges directly on the famous Pic Nic beach.
Located in a building on the first line of the sea with a concierge, the apartment is on the 3rd floor with lift and opens onto the patio, therefore very quiet.
This includes a large living / dining room equipped with a table that can accommodate all your guests, a large corner sofa convertible into a bed and a TV screen.
The living room opens directly onto a nice terrace equipped with a table and chairs.
An independent kitchen with all the necessary equipment for cooking (hotplates, oven, microwave, Nespresso, kettle, toaster, etc.).
Three bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower.
The master bedroom has a large double bed, a wardrobe and opens directly onto the terrace.
The other two bedrooms each have a single bed.
The apartment is CLEANED AND DISINFECTED by a team of professionals before your stay.
It is equipped with air conditioning in the living room as well as a washing machine and a WiFi fiber connection.
-GROUP UNDER 25 YEARS OLD ARE NOT AUTHORIZED.-We ask you to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood.
-Smoking inside the apartment is forbidden, it could be entitled to a 50 to 250 Euros fine
-Pets under 10kg allowed on request ( additional charge 20€).
-It is forbidden to use the bath towels provided to go to the beach. Otherwise, you will be charged €12 per unit.
Check-in regular time between 16h00 and 20h00 , after 20h00 you will have a 30€ extra for late arrival, after midnight 50€, after 1hAM it is 10€ more per extra hour. Sunday and bank holiday check-in have an extra of 30€. Early check-in before 16h00, if available, requires extra 20€.
Sitges city tax not included: 1€ per night per person.
