The apartments are located in the modern Resort Carpe Solem in Rauris, which will open its doors in summer 2021. The location of the resort in this fine family ski area could not be better, namely directly on the slopes and at the valley station of the Rauriser Hochalmbahn (ski-in, ski-out). The center of Rauris is a 5-minute walk away. So you don't need your car. The interior and finish of the apartments is entirely in the style of this region. High-quality materials such as natural stone from Rauris and larch wood have been used for both the exterior and interior. Whichever type of apartment you book, you always have a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. Outside you have a terrace or balcony with garden furniture. You can park your car in the central parking lot. If you book a summer holiday, the Nationalpark Sommercard is included. A top destination for the whole family in summer and winter. Due to the limited space, the apartment is suitable for a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children up to 10 years.
