Je me suis installée dans ce village de pêcheur, il y a 20 ans et suis littéralement tombée amoureuse de son coté pittoresque. Vous découvrirez la petite Camargue avec sa flore et sa faune notamment ses flamants roses, ses chevaux, ses taureaux.. La villa est située à 4 km de la vieille ville fortifiée d’ Aigues Mortes. Vous pourrez aussi découvrir les belles plages de sable fin. Pour ce qui est des spécialités culinaires : elles sont nombreuses avec notamment ses « tellines », sa gardiane de taureau…Autant de mets qui enchanteront vos papilles.. Pour ceux qui aiment flâner le soir, il y a de nombreux endroits dans le centre ville tout proche pour aller boire un verre ou déguster une bonne glace sur le front de mer. L'emplacement de la villa est paisible : la terrasse est un véritable havre de paix avec sa jolie haie de bambous et ses palmiers. Que vous aimiez le calme ou l'animation vous serez comblés.

This villa is ideal for a family get-together or a get-together with friends... A very pretty modern villa with swimming pool for 10 people on the ground floor, close to the beach and shops.
Modern villa of 170 m2 with south-facing pool on a 450 m2 plot planted with a beautiful bamboo hedge and palm trees (Dracénas and Washingtonia). The villa is located in a quiet residential area on the Boucanet side, within walking distance of the sea.
The villa comprises a very large living room (60m2) with a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the lounge with a view of the south-facing terrace and pool, 2 beautiful bathrooms with shower and washbasins, 4 bedrooms each with a double bed and a closet, and 2 WCs. One of the bedrooms is also equipped with 2 bunk beds, and I can also provide an extra cot for a toddler, with a changing table.
For your comfort, the villa is air-conditioned, the terrace is furnished with garden furniture: large table, chairs, sofa, armchairs, deckchairs and parasols, and a barbecue (charcoal) is available.
A DVD home cinema is available in the living room for your entertainment and the villa is equipped with unlimited wifi access.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, hob, oven, fridge/freezer combination, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, citrus press and blender for making delicious fresh smoothies.
The villa also features a wellness area equipped with a rigid spa (5 to 6 people) for your moments of relaxation available (option on request on site from February 2022).
The villa is suitable for accompanied disabled guests.
The villa is non-smoking, but it is possible to smoke on the terrace, where ashtrays are available.
As for the pool, as you can see from the photos, there is no barrier: the terrace opens directly onto the pool; it is, however, equipped with an alarm and requires parents' vigilance regarding children.
Free parking available in front of the villa.
The beach is a 2-minute drive away, and can be reached just as quickly on foot.
Cleaning is to be done by the tenant on departure (optional self-cleaning available 95€ excluding kitchen area).
Bed linen and towels provided.
EDF consumption is included in the daily rate of 10 euros. Over and above this comfortable daily rate, any overruns will be charged to the tenants ( Enédis statement to support this ).
Deposit (mandatory 2000 euros, not cashed and returned within 48 hours of departure).
Weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday.
