Little corner of paradise with private pool, in a quiet, residential area. Cap d'Agde. This beautiful architect-designed villa, a real little corner of paradise, is located on the heights of Cap d'Agde, in the pleasant Saint-Martin residential area.
Air-conditioned, it comprises a very pleasant living room with an open kitchen (filter coffee maker) and a lounge/dining area, a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed (180cm x 200cm) and large storage cupboards, a second bedroom with a convertible sofa (160 x 200) and a mezzanine bed (130 x 200), a shower room and an independent toilet. All of this opens onto a very pleasant terrace with a sitting area shaded by an awning, ideal for relaxing, and a corner equipped with a plancha and garden furniture for enjoying delicious grilled meats! Slightly below, there's a lovely private swimming pool for cooling off, and deckchairs for sunbathing.
The nearest beach is Plage Richelieu, reputed to be the most beautiful in the resort.
