If, like us, you enjoy planting, cultivating, watering and enjoying a beautiful, well-kept, flower-filled environment, with its intoxicating scents, you'll be delighted! For the duration of your weekend or week, you'll be accommodated in this comfortable, harmoniously decorated vacation home. Set in enclosed grounds of approx. 1100 m² with lawn and garden, with gates and 2 terraces with garden furniture. The living area comprises a living room (TV, wood-burning stove), separate kitchen (washing machine, microwave), mezzanine area for relaxing, internet access, 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 single bed). Sanitary facilities include a bathroom with bathtub, and separate toilets for your convenience. Wifi connection available. Land shared with owners, the gîte is located in a neighborhood. Adjoining garage reserved for owners' use. Combined fridge/freezer. Clic clac 140 in bedroom. cot + high chair. Sheets provided. Linen kit 2 bath sheets + 2 towels extra. Parking available. Wood 5 € per basket.
The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). Excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
The price does not include: Heating above 8 kilowatts, and wood.
