Just 6 km from the beaches and 8 from the Bayonnaise conurbation, this renovated barn adjoins our pretty 300-year-old Basque-Landes house, giving it an extra touch of character since we turned it into a gîte. We've furnished it as if it were our own home, and we've tried to make it as tasteful as possible, as if we were the ones who were going to live in it. The exterior offers a sunny terrace and shady spots for relaxing moments.
Adjoining the owner's house on ground and first floors, living room with kitchenette and lounge, shower room, 2 bedrooms (1 bed 140, 2 beds 90), washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, TV, Wi-Fi, garden furniture, barbecue, terrace, unenclosed grounds, electric heating. Land 5000 m² with private area, hammock, stream. First floor: 2 bedrooms + shower room + separate toilet. Separate toilet on ground floor. Private shaded parking. For more than one animal, please contact us. Main road 300 m away. Neighbor other than owner 30 m away. Wifi access. Sheets provided.
The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). Excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
