Gîte in a renovated barn, located in a small village near the owner's home. First floor: living room (wood-burning stove)/kitchen, shower room, WC, bedroom (2 beds 90). Upstairs: bedroom (1 x 160cm bed). A few steps down to first floor. Wifi access. Enclosed 350 m² garden, covered area (garden furniture, barbecue), portico.
Things to do nearby: church, Maison des Libellules 100 m away, bread shop 100 m away, Ô'Gliss Park 19 km away, numerous hiking trails, bistro at owner's. Optional: End-of-stay cleaning: €60 (€80 for companies); 1-person sheet hire: €8/stay; 2-person sheet hire: €12/stay; bathroom linen hire: €8/person/stay.
In addition: Tourist tax, electric heating: general meter reading (deduction of 8 kWh per day for current consumption, to be paid on site).
