Renovated, detached 18th-century country house on 4-hectare property close to owners' accommodation and 2 other gîtes. Ground floor: kitchen, living room. First floor: bedroom 1 (160cm bed and 1 single bed), bedroom 2 (1 130cm bed), shower room/wc. Wifi internet access. Private area of 550 m², terrace (garden furniture, barbecue). Shared private area with gîtes: swimming pool (4x15m) open July/August, terraces, fruit trees. Hiking trails, cycle path, river fishing nearby. Options :
End-of-stay cleaning: €40/stay; Bed linen rental for 1 or 2 people: €10/stay; Bathroom linen rental: €8/stay.
Additional extras: Tourist tax, electric heating package: 10€/day (payable on site).
