In the countryside, at the top of the outside staircase of a renovated but rustic old house, this small gîte offers upstairs a bedroom (1 bed 140) with alcove (1 bed 90), a shower room, a toilet, a kitchen and a lovely open view.
Outside, private access to a courtyard with garden furniture and barbecue shared with another gîte, a games room (ping-pong, table soccer), portico, boules pitch and animal encounters (pony, goat, sheep, donkey...) in a 15,000 m² area including a private pond (fishing) will delight young and old alike. Options: End-of-stay cleaning: €30/stay (€50 for companies); Sheet hire for 1 or 2 pers. 15€/bed/stay; Bathroom linen rental: 10€/pers./stay.

Reception and handover of keys at the gîte: from La Roche sur Yon (D160), head for La Mothe Achard (20 km) then Brétignolles sur Mer on the D12. 2 km after leaving Saint Julien des Landes, turn left towards Ste Jeanne at the corner of the tree-trimming business. After 1.2 km, enter the village of La Sourderie, where the gîte is in the building on the left, entered through the green gate.
