Located in a quiet area of Senonches, the Petit Bossard gîte is a stone mason's house, carefully renovated in contemporary style by the owners.
Independent house (110 m²) on one level (access by a few steps), comprising :
Fully equipped kitchen with oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge
Living/dining room with TV, pellet stove and wifi access
1 bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed (cot and high chair available on request)
1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm)
1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm)
Shower room/WC with towel dryer, separate WC.
Laundry room with washing machine. Enclosed garden (1100 m²) with garden furniture, plancha and table tennis.
Pets not allowed.
On request, we can provide a cot for small children, with a suitable mattress, and a high chair.
Surcharge for excess energy consumption:
- Electricity over 8kwh per day,
- Fuel oil over 10L per day (central heating, on meter reading).
