This large detached house can accommodate 5 people and is surrounded by 2 hectares of grounds and a small stream, typical of the Perche region. And it's very close to the picturesque village of Authon-du-Perche, 50 minutes from Chartres and Le Mans.
A 0.50 ha fishing pond is at your disposal. And your pet is welcome! Detached house (120 m²) in the heart of nature, comprising :
