In a farmhouse near La Ferté-Vidame and Parc Saint-Simon, the Sun King's illustrious memorialist, an old bourgeois house with character in a quiet, natural, green setting. An ideal location 90 minutes from Paris and 10 minutes from Verneuil-sur-Avre (Center Parcs).
Semi-detached house (160 m²) on a farm with its own pond, near the Senonches forest and in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional du Perche, comprising :

Covered swimming pool (open from late April to mid-October, dimensions 8 x 4 m, depth 1.10 to 1.70 m): bathing not supervised; owners accept no responsibility for accidents.
Heated pool April 26 to October 15. Open from 9am to 7pm.
All charges included (heating from 01/10 to 15/05, electricity, water, tourist tax.
Not included : end-of-stay cleaning. Pool towels.

Pets not allowed.
For reasons of unsupervised water (pond, swimming pool), the owners decline all responsibility in the event of an accident. The same applies to the agricultural part of the farm (cowshed, tractor barn, etc.).
Hours for one-week rentals: Saturday arrival 4pm and Saturday departure 10am.
Hours for weekend rentals: Friday arrival 6pm and Sunday departure 6pm.

From Paris, take the N12 to Verneuil sur Avre. In Verneuil, take the D941 towards La Ferté Vidame. After about 12 km, turn right towards La Chapelle-Fortin. At the second crossroads, turn left. The gîte is at "L'Epinay" (on the right).
