Unenclosed grounds (3000 m²) with terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, swing with tree house and slide, bicycles, basketball hoop, pétanque court with boules and table tennis.

Possibility of renting sheets and cleaning package (compulsory for professionals, every 2 weeks).

From Paris, take A11 exit N°3.1 Illiers-Combray, then follow signs for Nogent-le-Rotrou-Thiron-Gardais. After the traffic lights, take the 1st right towards Nonvilliers-Grandhoux. At Nonvilliers, go straight on to Happonvilliers. In the village, turn right after the church towards Les Corvées-les-Yys-Courrville, then left after 300 m towards "Les Champeaux". Continue for 2 km. The gîte is on the left, "Le Petit Potron".
