Vacation rental in a seaside residence with direct access to the beach.
The apartment is located on the garden level and comprises an entrance hall leading to a living room with TV and kitchenette (dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker...). One bedroom (bed 140 x 190), bathroom, separate WC.
South-facing terrace overlooking the Bay of Douarnenez. Heated communal swimming pool (opening dates n/c). Unenclosed garden, pets allowed (supplement €25). 1 private parking space.
To be paid on arrival:
Deposit (250 €) + tourist tax (according to current rates).
Charges and cleaning included in rental price.
Rental on request:
Bed linen (20 € / double bed) - towels (8 € / person) - baby equipment (10 € / piece) - Internet connection (4,99 € / day)
