The gorgeous sea views that inspired the name can be seen from multiple terraces, greatly adding to the home's allure. Déjà View is a spacious and stylish villa, providing the perfect venue for both entertaining and relaxing.

Multi-level wooden decks surround the inviting, pool area (upgraded in 2021), and the home offers various balconies in addition to a spectacular rooftop lounge. The modern design of the house offers a vast and varied floor plan distributed across 3 levels, which guarantees plenty of areas for guests to retreat should they wish privacy. Air Conditioning is plentiful throughout the house, and the terraces are equipped with electric sun awnings.

Villa Déjà View boasts over 300 m² of space. Up to 10 lucky guests can fit comfortably in the 5 bedrooms. There are two spacious living rooms to enjoy and 3 full bathrooms, one on each level. An alternate configuration is 4 bedrooms and 3 living rooms. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide bright natural daylight, while the mood is set in the evenings by dim and warm lighting both inside and out.

LOCATION

The home is ideally located in Mas Mel, the best residential area in Calafell - a fantastic seaside setting with a rich history and beautiful, clean beaches. The house is set amongst only a few other properties on an exclusive cul-de-sac providing both privacy and tranquility. There are three gated parking spots as well as ample street parking available. Villa Déjà View is a quick 15-minute walk to the beach, and close to a wide range of bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops, and a cinema.

Calafell Beach is an incredibly wide stretch of beautiful golden sand that stretches for more than five kilometers. It has been awarded the prestigious European Blue Flag for cleanliness. The sea in Calafell is perfect for families as it boasts warm, calm, and shallow waters. There are plentiful beach bars directly on the sand in addition to the availability of deckchairs, sunbeds, and a full range of water sports.

Villa Déjà View is the perfect place to relax after enjoying beautiful but busy Barcelona.

1. To guarantee compliance with current regulations on citizen security, this establishment requires online check-in through its own channel, and may request the image of their ID and/or selfie from the tourist. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament. For these purposes, the necessary measures will be adopted to avoid its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access.
2 . DISPOSAL OF MANDATORY GARBAGE Upon leaving the house, if leftovers of food/drinks or any other type of waste are left, a penalty of €200 will be charged from the deposit.
3. This accommodation does not accept groups of young people. NO PETS. NO SMOKING inside the house. PARTIES are NOT allowed. Any damage caused to the furniture will be deducted from the deposit.
4. Tourist tax 1.10eur per person, maximum 7 days, applies to people over 16 years of age. (Law 5/2012, of March 20 of the Parliament of Catalonia)
5. Passport or travel document details will be required from all guests upon arrival.
6. The deposit (€500) will be blocked on the credit card at the time of delivery of the keys and will be released 7 days after departure if the house has not suffered any damage)
7. For long stays of more than 28 days, supply costs are not included.
8. Key collection: c/ Vilamar 88A, Calafell, Beach Front Apartment Agency. Arrivals after 10:00 p.m. and Check-ins that end after 10:00 p.m. will have a supplement of €50.
