One-storey Landes house offering spacious accommodation in a quiet area of Seignosse bourg. On the first floor, you'll find a large separate fitted kitchen and a living/dining room opening onto a pleasant garden, allowing you to enjoy all the pleasures of summer. There are also 2 bedrooms with double beds (140cm), a bathroom and separate toilet. The first floor features a bathroom with toilet, a bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm), and a bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm) opening onto a large balcony.
Parking is available in front of the house, which is secured by a gate.

In Seignosse, the beach is 6 kilometers long, so you can always find a quiet spot to put your towel down...On the practical side, there are showers, straw huts, cabins with surf schools, and lifeguards looking after you.
