Situated between the ocean and the lake, you'll be able to take full advantage of our region, including surfing lessons or relaxing on the beach. The house features an entrance hall, a large living room with sitting area and TV (no WIFI, but you can rent a box) and dining area, a separate renovated kitchen equipped with oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer...
Four fully renovated bedrooms: three with double beds (140cm) and one with two single beds (90cm). For your comfort, there are two shower rooms, including a washing machine, and a separate toilet. ( fully renovated shower room )
Outside, you'll enjoy a south-facing terrace for relaxing in the sun, or a covered north-facing terrace for enjoying your meals. A barbecue, deckchairs and an outdoor table are also at your disposal. A large garden surrounds the house, and parking is available on the property. You'll be able to park as you arrive, and if you wish, you'll be able to do everything on foot or by bike during your stay, perfect for enjoying restaurants with your feet in the sand, our bike paths and other privileged places in our region.
