Ideally located in Pléneuf-Val-André, in a quiet street close to shops and only 800 meters from the large Val André beach, you'll enjoy a quiet stay in this pretty 70 m² house built in 2012. The house comprises a living room with access to the enclosed garden and terrace, a fully-equipped open kitchen, three bedrooms (including a master suite) and two bathrooms. Parking.
The house is located in a gated residence, set back from the road on one side and bordered by a field on the other, so you'll enjoy absolute peace and quiet. The house is semi-detached.
