Hello, in the 40 years I've been renting vacation rentals, I've never been so disappointed with an accommodation. I don't mind that the equipment is simple, but that the dirt is so present, it is INADMISSIBLE. The kitchen equipment looks like it was put on top of a layer of dirt that is decades old. The stove burners have never been cleaned either. No inventory is provided with the apartment. Plates, cutlery, glasses, are in sufficient number, but to make a salad, it is necessary to use a stewpot because there is no... salad bowl. No small kitchen knife or peeler either, which is standard in all vacation rentals and even in campsites. Besides, how can you offer a 4-person accommodation with a 44 cm wide table top refrigerator - that is 36 cm wide inside? There is even a danger of a dirty electric plug in the living room, of course, but especially broken. For breakfast, the necessary equipment is present: kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and a single plug to connect everything, behind the cabinet. I bought a power strip but it was useless, because the wall socket could not support more than one appliance plugged in at a time. So, for 15 days, in order to have breakfast, I had to plug in the appliances one by one and move the cabinet. To be honest, your ad should also specify that the apartment is a few hundred meters from the Nice airport which, at certain times, especially from 6 am, sees a plane take off every 2 minutes. And as many that land. The beach although of pebbles could be pleasant but the water does not really smell good, because the beach is wedged between the airport and a zone of water sports, jet ski, spot of water skiing among others... On the positive side, I can only retain the view from the terrace, the presence of a parking lot and an elevator, which is very practical, even on the second floor, when you arrive with your luggage or shopping. The reception in the real estate agency which manages the keys was nice but it would be more practical if it was near the apartment, but it is in another city. You understood it, I will not recommend to anyone this accommodation!
