Located on the 1st floor with elevator, intercom, balcony with breakfast facilities, cellar and assigned parking space.
Beach bus at the foot of the residence every 15 minutes for access to beaches all summer long.
- Located on the popular Place des Cinq Cantons, where VELIBS can be collected from in front of the tourist office, where cycle paths start along the beaches and for kilometers covering, among others: ANGLET, BIARRITZ and BAYONNE
- There are several surf schools on these beaches, and the Biarritz lighthouse is 800m from the nearest beach.

Full bedding, towels, tea towels...provided and if anything is missing, just ask, I live next door in the same street.
