SAINT CYPRIEN PLAGE - Superb, fully-equipped, air-conditioned villa for 4 people, located on the golf course in a residence with swimming pool (opening subject to government and prefectoral decisions).

The residence has a fenced rectangular swimming pool measuring 10 x 8 m, 150 cm deep (open from 15/06 to 15/09, subject to government and prefectoral decisions), a bicycle room and secure private parking.
This 1-storey villa (approx. 52m2) has 2 bedrooms with 160 beds (each), one of which has a covered terrace, and a bathroom with toilet. The second floor is dedicated to the living room, lounge, fully-equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, pod coffee maker, etc.) and 2nd large terrace.
Ideal for 2 couples.
Nearby restaurant, "HAWAI SURFING" water sports center (water sports activities).
Residence located on the Saint Cyprien International Golf Course.
Optional extras: household linen is not provided, but can be booked in advance and collected when the keys are handed over (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit with one large and one small towel: 8.00 €).
This rental accepts pets - A supplement of €30 per pet/stay will be charged.
