A large renovated detached house with enclosed courtyard, located in a quiet hamlet 3 km from the Basilica of Cléry Saint-André, in a wine and fruit-growing region.
Come and meet up with family or friends in this large, renovated, self-contained gîte for 8 people, with its own enclosed courtyard.
For professional stays, we recommend a maximum of 4 people.
Located 15 min from Orléans and 30 min from Chambord, on the route to the Loire castles, the Loire à Vélo cycle route and at the gateway to the Sologne region. Just 8 km from the A. 10 (Meung sur Loire) and A. 71 (Orléans Sud - Olivet) exits. First floor: living room with open-plan kitchen, entrance with washing machine, WC, 1 bedroom (1 x 90cm bed) with small study. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms (1 bed 140, 2 beds 90, 1 bed 140 and 1 bed 90), large bathroom with shower, corner bath and WC. Large closed garage. Cot and high chair available.
Electricity and heating included.
Cleaning package compulsory every 15 days for business stays.
Arrival from 4pm and departure at 10am.
