Located in the Hameau des Sources, about 800 m from the center of Le Mont Dore.
Attractive 65m² semi-detached chalet, as follows:
First floor: entrance hall, fully-equipped US kitchen (including dishwasher), living room with 2-person sofa bed, opening onto a pleasant terrace, shower room with washing machine and tumble dryer, separate WC.
Upstairs, 2 bedrooms: one with a 2-person bed, one with two single beds, shower room with WC.
Garden furniture, deckchairs. Ski room.
Private parking lot (access to the parking lot in winter may be tricky or even impossible).
Free shuttle bus to ski slopes 500 m away.
Maximum occupancy 6 people.

LE MONT-DORE lies at an altitude of 1050m, at the foot of the Puy de Sancy (1886m), the highest peak in the Massif Central, where the source of the Dordogne river rises.
