House renovated in 2009, adjoining another gite, located 200 m from an active farm (cattle, poultry). Ground floor: living room/lounge/kitchenette, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed) (2 single beds), shower room/toilet, separate toilet. Baby equipment + changing table on request. Wifi access. Fenced common land of 900 m² including a private part of 300 m² (terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, 2 sunbeds). Bicycles for adults and children + child seat, ping-pong table and petanque field at disposal. Passage du Gois (Noirmoutier) at 28 km. Our friends the animals are accepted under the condition of not leaving the animal alone: fifty €/pet/stay.
