Pleasant single-storey house located in a residential area between the sea and the countryside, within walking distance of the town center.
It comprises a very attractive living room with open-plan fitted and equipped kitchen (hood, induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher....) and comfortable lounge. Separate toilet.
Bedroom n°1: 1 x 160 cm with dressing room, bathroom with WC inside.
Bedroom n°2: 1 x 140 cm with open wardrobe.
