Taxes of City tax 1.76 EUR Per adult / day may be collected during the booking process. If this is not supported, they must be paid to the host upon arrival.

The flat is completely furnished: Living and dining room with kitchen, shower, separate wc and 3 bedrooms with double bed or 2 single beds.
It has its own front garden with table, chairs and a barbecue.
The spacious garden (1.7 Ha), the pool (8 x 14m), the laundry room, the library and the ping-pong table are at the disposal of all guests.
Car parking is available directly in front of the house.
